Service Description

Four one hour coaching sessions via Zoom with you or your teen/young adult. During these sessions, the client will discuss their goals, the roadblocks that prevent them from achieving them, the strengths and resources they can use to overcome the blocks, and make their own customized plan to create the life they want. Coaching sessions are confidential and are client directed. This package covers a one month coaching engagement and additional sessions may be added as the client and family desires.
